I used the new "Black Magic" paper I found at a local stamping convention for the background. I really love how you sand off the black color to find a colored core! I also hand stamped the flowers from grungeboard and used a metallic wax to color them pastel blue. I painted the swirls with white paint and added some rub-ons and a bit of bling. TFLDarlene

For the ribbon I hand sewed it onto the paper, gathering it as I went along. And the chipboard, I inked, then sprayed with glimmer mist, then sprayed with acrylic, then sprinkled some loose martha stewart glitter on top. Sounds like a lot, but it was so easy! I love being able to spray stuff on - it takes like no time at all!
